Ingredients
- 1 Pastry Pie Crust
- 2 cups Canned Pumpkin, (16 oz)
- ⅔ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ginger
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp. cloves
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup cream or milk
Directions
1. Bake pie crust for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Set aside to cool. |
2. Mix together the pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, & cloves. |
3. Add eggs and cream and mix until smooth. |
4. Pour mixture into pastry shell. |
5. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted. |
