Ingredients

  • 1 Pastry Pie Crust
  • 2 cups Canned Pumpkin, (16 oz)
  • cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • tsp. cloves
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup cream or milk

Directions

1. Bake pie crust for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Set aside to cool.
2. Mix together the pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, & cloves.
3. Add eggs and cream and mix until smooth.
4. Pour mixture into pastry shell.
5. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted.
