Ingredients

  • 3 Pork Chops
  • 1 10.75 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 7 pinches Salt
  • 6 pinches Pepper
  • 6 pinches Thyme
  • .25 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 Russet Potato
  • 1 pinch Garlic

Directions

1. Season each side of the pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme
2. Brown pork chops on both sides on med-low heat for about 10 minutes each side
3. Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and worcestershire sauce.
4. Put pork chops on bottom of crock pot
5. Pour mushroom sauce mixture over port chops
6. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks and add to crock pot.
7. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and garlic
8. Cook on high for about 1 hour
9. Cook on low for about 6-8 hours
