Ingredients

  • Russet Potatos, to fill 1/2 pot
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water
  • Milk, about 1/4 cup, but not to much

Directions

1. Cut potatoes into large chunks
2. Add potatoes to pot
3. Add water to pot and bring to a boil
4. Turn heat down to medium for about 10 - 15 minutes
5. The potatoes are done when they can be poked easily with a fork and the fork will go through the potato.
6. Drain off water
7. Slowly add milk and beat until smooth
