Ingredients
- Russet Potatos, to fill 1/2 pot
- Salt, to taste
- Water
- Milk, about 1/4 cup, but not to much
Directions
1. Cut potatoes into large chunks |
2. Add potatoes to pot |
3. Add water to pot and bring to a boil |
4. Turn heat down to medium for about 10 - 15 minutes |
5. The potatoes are done when they can be poked easily with a fork and the fork will go through the potato. |
6. Drain off water |
7. Slowly add milk and beat until smooth |
