Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Stew Beef
  • 1 box Zatarans Gumbo Mix with Rice
  • 1 Russet Potato, peeled
  • 1 10.75 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ¼ cup Lentals
  • ¼ cup Split Peas
  • 6 cups Water

Directions

1. Add Gumbo mix to water and bring to a boil. Once it boils, add immediately to crock pot.
2. Cut stew beef into chunks and add to crock pot
3. Cut potato into chunks and add to crock pot
4. Add cream of mushroom soup, lentils, & split peas to crock pot
5. Stir ingredients.
6. Cook on high for 1 - 2 hours.
7. Turn crock pot to low for 8 hours
