Ingredients
- 1 lb. Stew Beef
- 1 box Zatarans Gumbo Mix with Rice
- 1 Russet Potato, peeled
- 1 10.75 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- ¼ cup Lentals
- ¼ cup Split Peas
- 6 cups Water
Directions
1. Add Gumbo mix to water and bring to a boil. Once it boils, add immediately to crock pot. |
2. Cut stew beef into chunks and add to crock pot |
3. Cut potato into chunks and add to crock pot |
4. Add cream of mushroom soup, lentils, & split peas to crock pot |
5. Stir ingredients. |
6. Cook on high for 1 - 2 hours. |
7. Turn crock pot to low for 8 hours |
